Return & Refund Policy

At AUAWI Project Management Services Co., we strive to provide high-quality professional training programs across our specialized corporate sectors. Because our physical classroom seats are strictly limited to ensure an optimal learning environment, we enforce the following Return, Refund, and Cancellation policy for all professional training program enrollments.
 
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
  • Student-Initiated Cancellations: If a registered student wishes to cancel their enrollment and request a refund, they must submit a formal request via email to info@auawi.com at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled start date of Day-01 of the training program.
  • Late Requests: Any refund requests made less than 72 hours before the class begins will not be eligible for a refund, as the seat cannot be reallocated to another applicant. However, at the discretion of the management, the enrollment fee may be transferred as credit toward a future training batch.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that AUAWI Project Management Services Co. must postpone or cancel a training program due to unforeseen logistical issues, political disruptions, or extreme weather conditions, registered students will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund or automatic enrollment in the next rescheduled batch.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • No refunds will be issued once the training program has officially commenced (Day-01 has started).
  • Absence or failure to attend the physical classroom sessions without prior written notification as stated above will result in the forfeiture of the entire enrollment fee.
3. Refund Processing Timeline 
  • Once a refund request is approved by our management team, the financial transaction will be initiated through our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz.
  • Timeline: The approved refund amount will take exactly 7 to 10 working days to be credited back to the student’s original payment method (e.g., the specific bKash wallet, Nagad account, or Bank Visa/Mastercard used during online checkout).
  • Transaction Charges: Please note that gateway processing fees charged by SSLCommerz or mobile banking operators during the initial payment are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
